Carlos was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. He kept us regularly updated on offers.The final buyer wanted new locks fitted to the steel front door before exchanging and Carlos went done and let the locksmith in and waited while the locks were changed.The flat has been unoccupied got the last 3 months. If we’re decide to sell another of our properties we will definitely use Carlos.
