Terrible customer service. I rang up about letting an apartment to be told I should be ok with being able to have it so I got a guarentor and filled in forms. I called back on Monday after sorting this out on friday to ask about the property to be told I will receive a call back.. 3 hours gone by I call back to be informed that this flat has been given to someone else. No email. No call. No text nothing to tell me that someone else had already had it.
