You have reported an intermittent fault on your central heating, which is remedied by resetting the boiler. Your landlord has advised that the boiler is still under the manufactures warranty and he wishes for the repair to be completed as part of this guarantee. Dealing with property maintenance is of the highest priority to us, however from time to time, we must work within constraints imposed by either the landlord or the landlords own tradespeople.
