Having been searching for a property for around 6 months (constant applying and phoning only to not get anywhere) we came across a property let by Webbs. We explained how we don’t currently work due to my disabled son who requires a lot of care and how we have been struggling to find a new home because of it. They took our story on board and pleaded our case to the first landlord. Sadly he decided to go with someone else but the team at Webbs were determined to find us a property. Queue to around a month later we came across another property let by Webbs and this time they pulled out all the stops to give us a chance to rent this property. They pleaded our case to the landlord and convinced him to give us a chance. Since that moment they kept in constant contact and worked extremely hard to ensure we secured the property, got through the referencing and got the keys! Every time I spoke to them there had been progress on our application and at no point have I ever had to chase them to get something done. I could not recommend Webbs enough to anyone they are an amazing company and the team are all fantastic and extremely friendly/welcoming. I want to give a huge shout out to Dana (Lettings team) who worked extremely hard to ensure we got this property from our first viewing all the way through to getting the keys.
