Katie Powell was very diligent and responsive throughout a very protracted sales process. We were very unlucky with our buyers who dropped out twice and the third moved very slowly, but Katie kept us informed every step of the way and worked with us very collaboratively to try to remove road blocks and keep the sale progressing.
