Provided a string of unproceedable potential buyers with low offers, insisting they were genuine (but obviously not having checked) and promptly ceasing marketing. The true position of each potential buyer seemed to be easily found by other agents when trying to buy. Each offer took at least 2 months to come to nothing. As an agent they may have been good once but now they have more work than they can handle, their service is no longer delivered with reasonable care and skill. If the latest potential buyer turns out to be not as presented again we will be making a formal complaint to trading standards.
