Awful company, they try to make you drop your price to get a quick sell (no doubt to property developers). They are rude and try to bully you into what they want to do and rarely did they listen. I asked for my key to do a private viewing and was promptly told (bear in mind we are dual marketing) you cannot do this and its in our contract that it has to go through us! Needless to say i asked who they thought they were telling me what i could or couldn't do with my own house, took my key back and promptly dropped them from marketing it. Kent Estates and Godwin Curtis would be my choice from now on, if you want to know what professionalism sounds like you should get them in to train you!
