Emailed about a viewing (and specifically said I was a student), rang to arrange this viewing as I missed a previous call, they then arranged a viewing for me and my partner (who works full time) then asked me my occupation. On saying I was a student the woman on the phone said we could not view as my partner's wage could not cover the full rent for the year (when in reality his wage could pay double the rent for a year without any help from me). The woman then went on to say no students are accepted when I made it very clear in the email I was a student and only to contact if we could view this house with this in mind .Useless, what a waste of time. Didn't even get referred to another landlord or estate agent that might help house us, just a goodbye and a hanging up of the phone .
