Exceptional Service

Got there at last! I just wanted to thank you for the more than excellent service we have received from Regal, starting with Roger, always professional, knowledgeable and on the ball, keeping us up-to-date at every hurdle. The back-up staff in the office have been brilliant, especially helping mum who has struggled with the enormity of moving and it taking so very long. And finally, our dealings with Rachael, who has worked tirelessly to ensure exchange happened as quickly as it could. The complicated chain has meant that Rachael quite often worked out of hours and on her day off, sometimes late into the evening sending texts and emails. She even offered to take a day off to help mum move if the completion date was delayed and my brother couldn’t come down. In her friendly but professional way she has been on good terms with all parties to achieve the desired outcome; I know, as Sales Progressor, it is her job to be totally involved and move things along quickly but she really has gone out of her way and has helped my elderly mother, who has never moved before, to cope with the difficulties and stresses that this has brought. So, a huge thank you to Regal for making the move eventually happen and we have been delighted with the service we have received.
