Incredibly disappointing. It all starts really well, everyone seems nice; and then you sign the contract. Suddenly, you're drowned in a sea of horrible paperwork, unreasonable "administration" (there was no administration at all) charges, maintenance calls that never go through. We had a sewer pipe burst in our garden and for almost 2 weeks we had to live and put up with the horrible smell and feces running through it. We had to constantly call and badger this agency before they decided to send someone to evaluate the situation. It took 2 full weeks for everything to be sorted, we ended up being accused of blowing the pipes because apparently we flushed a baby's nappy (none of us have children). The maintenance guy that fixed this left stains all over the hallway that we couldn't clean and in the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge us for the stains! And like this, there are countless other horror stories in a tenancy that lasted just a year! We all regret having chosen this house to live and we wouldn't wish this agency to our worst enemies. Steer clear!

Dear Yasmin According to our records you were a tenant at one of our properties along with one of the tenants who has also left a review below. I have looked back at the maintenance record for the property and can see that that there were indeed problems with the drainage during your tenancy. This was not something that could have been foreseen. As this is an old property these things to sometimes happen. We did not accuse you of putting a nappy down the drain. Here is an extract from an email that we sent to you all in October 2013 "Last reminder is about the drains, please do not put sanitary wear down the drains or baby wipes, in the future if there are drain problems and it was caused by what has been put down then the invoice for the repair would be passed to you, this includes cigarette butts in the garden that could overflow. Please arrange a tidy up of the garden." With regard to administration, referencing six students and six guarantors can be quite time consuming and it may have seemed that there was a lot of paperwork but that is because we like to do things correctly. It has clearly been playing on your mind as it is now a year since you moved out of the property so if you would like to give us a call to discuss we would be happy to speak to you.
