We let a house and sold a house through Martin & co. They were excellent. Regarding letting properties, Henry and his team were always available to answer any questions and took the stress away with relevant checks etc. They found amazing tenants and made the process stress free. Regarding selling property, despite the house being outside of Cardiff, they were great with viewings and negotiating for higher offers before they asked us.
