First time renting a property. I approached Henry at Martin and Co Cardiff through a recommendation. From the first email exchange I was put at ease and all my questions answered. Henry visited my property in the morning and by the afternoon it was listed. Within 48 hours I had 6 viewings, and tenants moving in the following week. I received 10/10 service, and the staff at Martin & Co responded to all my questions/queries promptly and professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending the agent. I chose to use Martin & Co due to their prompt response and Henry's friendly and helpful manner. Within days of advertising my flat Henry had conductated viewings and recieved multiple offers. Within a week the flat was sold STC. Unfortunately the buyer had some difficulty with their mortgage which resulted in the sale falling through. The flat was quickly relisted with Martin & Co and once again sold STC within a week. Despite all the relevant checks being carried out by Henry the effects of Covid resulted in this sale also falling through. Third time lucky Henry sold the flat again within a week to a cash buyer. Henry and Stephanie were brilliant in helping get the sale moved along to completion. Stephanie was lovely and kept in regular contact to keep my mind at ease as I was quite anxious the sale would fall through again following the first two buyers. They both were also great at chasing my solicitor who wasn't quite so good at communicating and keeping me in the loop. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co, they went above and beyond my expectation and did everything they could to provide a great service.

Staff where very professional when dealing with myself and my partner. Gabriella was especially efficient, helpful, kind and considerate. I would never have a problem recommending Martin&Co to anyone else.

Like most tenants would be in this situation I was panicking that it would never be sorted but she was on the ball dealing with my issues even at 8PM on a Saturday night! Any problems are sorted quickly, efficiently and reasonably. Local knowledge plays a massive part in that ability which they use to great effect. I have been a customer of Martin & Co Cardiff for a number of years now and have had excellent service each time especially from Mike and Henry. The Cardiff branch have helped me with a house sale/purchase which I couldn’t have done without them - Henry ensured that the sale/purchase moved along as quickly as possible and kept me well informed throughout!
