After a nightmare with a fraudster stealing £1,400 from me for a house rental that wasn't for rent, I was pretty low. Add to that I had a small old dog, and you'll understand it was truly difficult. I was homeless for a month and these guys found me a home, got permission from the landlord to accept a dog, and I was in within 1 week. No more sofa surfing, no more feeling helpless and victim-like. Thank you Cardiff team, great job from a compassionate, caring team. Emily
