We have just bought a house from a seller through Martin & Co, bearing in mind that our dealings with Martin & Co took place throughout the Covid-19 crisis, we had confidence in the staff at Martin& Co to be responsive and provide us with helpful advice and guidance. We were able to have a personal and constant communication with the team, which was invaluable. We dealt with Henry from the team in particular, and as first time buyers we were able to feel like no question was too stupid, and no ask too small. The whole process was smooth, and actions were taken quickly. A great service during a very challenging time.

Henry was very helpful to us as first time house buyers, offering a lot of advice and support in what turned out to be a difficult transaction due to delays and complications caused by the first Covid lockdown. He remained professional throughout and steered a successful outcome for all parties.

Great company, lovely and helpful staff and very knowledgeable, particularly mike and most recently Henry. Fees are really reasonable compared to other companies I have looked at. Never had a problem in 7years, repairs have always been looked at and sorted ASAP, always been informed of a inspection. They’re always quick with email replies if I ever have concerns. Over all I’m a very happy tenant, thank you staff at Martin & Co. ??

Agents have been very proactive in contacting me (as a Landlord) where there have been issues with rent collection. Monthly statements are clear, and any arrears are fully accounted for. Has been a good experience working with Martin & Co
