Exceptional service

Rachel and Steve at red homes provided impressive service throughout the sale of our house. I was able to contact Rachel out of normal hours which was a tremendous help as there were some hiccups along the way with the chain. Both went above and beyond to keep everything rolling, they often went beyond their job spec to help us out with Rachel chasing up a crucial bit of paper work that was needed down the chain (not to do with our sale). Steve kept us updated throughout and continously checked the chain was moving. We highly recommend red homes, especially as this exceptional service comes at a lot lower price than other Cardiff estate agents.
