I cannot overstate the excellent service provided by Rachel Rowe and Red Homes. They were professional, efficient, courteous, reassuring and friendly. They organised an open day for the house sale and achieved the asking price that day. Rachel went beyond helpful, when it was difficult to get information from the solicitors, she was able to keep me informed and was very reassuring when matters (through no fault of hers or mine) became complicated. The fees were extremely reasonable as well. I'd never use another agent given the choice.
