They provide space in the property which is appreciated. The prices would be reasonable for the rent if: they would care about property more. Maybe make an actual physical visits to see what condition the furniture is at. I stayed at Treforest allocated property and I was informed by previous tenants that residency was completely abandoned when they moved in (this certainly retells that the company holds double standards in a regional context as I have contacted another residency which is accredited to Seraph's and they had a whole different treatment). I had a mould infestation case which was rooted way before I moved in and the contacted company agent showed his 'expertise' - that it was, not in a state to pose a risk to me. I have informed Seraph team of furniture condition on the week I moved in and they stated that it was fine, as it was not of risk-interest to the 'landlord'. It is upsetting, considering every residential worker has to be aware that any type of pathogen or spore-based body has to be disinfected and the area cleared out of risk. I took initiative to clear out the area as company did not take any rapid actions, risking my health condition. When I requested compensation for safety actions to ensure THEIR register property is secured they ignored it and simply replaced different furniture, saying 'was sorted in timely manner'. Not even an apology, considering they should be aware of what state their property inventory should be in. I am thankful that the company takes responsibility to sort out documents and make reminder emails, nevertheless, I did not expect to be treated this way as a customer. Additionally, when I requested multiple times to supply basic and mandatory for house keep equipment to suit human habitable space, they did not get back to me / or said they will let 'landlord' know. Questionable on top of that 'landlord' figure was mentioned multiple times but we never got any of their contacts nor seen them in person. The contact of 'landlord' in the formative contract did not work as well. When I wrote them a letter requesting a call with the 'landlord' they ignored it. I request a lawyer's advise on this, and they stated that I have all rights to question company's policy if they do not secure safety. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Seraph's that they accepted me as a tenant, nevertheless, I do not believe I will be using your services anytime soon - considering how the staff treated me. I believe when the business is done, every side of party should treat each other equally. For example, would you like to receive a flat beer in a pub that you pay for, or would you like a properly prepared beer which was done well and how would you do it yourself if you were asked to serve it? In the future, if I happen to need a relocation around Welsh and English region I will check with Seraph in a few years. Hopefully, they improve with honesty and clearance.
