I highly recommend Belvoir in Carlisle (previously Bulmans) which has managed properties I let for the past 17 years. Probably enough time to work out Adele and her staff know their stuff!! They’ve always been a pleasure to deal with, all with a great sense of humour, tolerating my demands, bad jokes and sorting in a timely way the inevitable problems with property letting. Some agencies I’ve experienced (none at present, thankfully!!) have failed to communicate, which is miserable and costly. This isn’t the case here, as it’s understood how vital communication is. Nothing worse than hearing too late or not being pre-warned of issues.
