I recently took up the tenancy of a flat for which Belvoir were the landlord???s agent. Belvoir were very helpful at every stage. There were a few teething problems at the start of the tenancy beyond their control but their staff gave me their immediate help, which involved calling out a plumber, an electrician and a roofer to my flat who all attended to the matters in hand without delay. Whenever I contact Belvoir by email or phone, I get an immediate response.
