Been using Northwood for almost 5 years. Excellent, friendly and very professional staff. Very efficient at responding to any phone calls and emails. They provide a monthly statement electronically which is very useful. It's never been late nor have any payments. They inspect the property on a regular basis and provide a written report, it's good to know that your property is maintained to a very high standard. They appear to research all prospective tenants thoroughly by undertaking references etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You do receive a slightly lower rent but the reassurance given by Northwoods is priceless that your property will be maintained and cared for as it was their own.
