I have five letting properties and since 2010 Northwood have be my sole letting agent finding all of my tenants. The speed with which they find new tenants is excellent and the quality of tenant is very good. Their administrative staff are really good, when a property becomes vacant all it takes is an e-mail or phone call from myself and the wheels are in motion to advertise and let the house. I highly recommend them to all landlords as a letting agent.
