We received excellent service from Susan at Northwood when selling my father-in-law???s house in Carlisle. Because we are based in Glasgow and were not able to be in Carlisle, Susan went the extra mile and stepped in to help us where she could - nothing was too much trouble for her. Communication was regular, clear and direct, so we were always up to date with how the sale was progressing.
