From the moment I walked in and viewed the premises, I was blown away. The professionalism of Susan was absolutely phenomenal. She was so well prepared, able to respond to every question with confident knowledge. She made us feel so comfortable, we were able to contact her throughout the process and her replies were instantaneous. I can not praise Northwood and their wonderful staff highly enough. They are indeed Carlisle???s finest!!!
