Having moved several times in London in the last couple of years, I have to say my expectations of the entire experience were rather low.... however, to my utter and continued delight, from the moment I called Goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches about a flat, until I picked up the keys a week and a half later, I was continually met with such excellent service and such caring people that it made what I had come to expect to be a drawn-out, frustrating, and enraging experience into one that was actually downright pleasant. Robbie McKenzie and David Mitchel did their utmost to make the process smooth and efficient, even with a few bumps that came up along the way, and I have nothing but the highest of compliments to give to their professionalism, client focus, and overall competence. Thanks to both of you and to the whole Goodfellows Carshalton office for helping me (genuinely) find the flat of my dreams!
