Well after 6 months of my first tenant from Hell all I can say is it has been somewhat a learning kerb . I am hoping the new tenants going in will be more respectful of my property or it will be the last time for renting .The team have been helpful with two extra special people Kelly Burton ( Property Management ) and Helen Spink ( Accounts Administrator ) Both went above and beyond to recover monies owing to me .
