Throughout the process the team, in particular Sarah and Joel, were incredibly professional, helpful and responsive, with their assistance making any issues that arose much simpler to work through. Being a first time renter, especially being black, I received the best professional help from the team. Some landlords will not house you because of your colour but the team will make any effort to get you a descent property.PositiveProfessionalism
