Poor Communication

Unfortunately there were so many people dealing with our property that balls were dropped and things were missed. They 'thought' they had emailed us regarding the central heating breaking. It took them a month to follow up on this email before they acknowledged that they must not have sent the original email. I know this is an honest mistake but I would expect some follow up before a month?! This was also the tip of an iceberg and we only managed to use their services for a year before I no longer trusted them with our property. We have moved on and I can say that not all estate agents are like this in the area. My personal advice would be look else where.
