Be careful who they use I used Ewemove to sale my flat First meeting great, photos and marketing great Communication about viewings, offers response to offers great. Problem is (and i was not made aware of this at any point) is they farm out their final bits of the sale to a company called complete ASAP, who were woefully rubbish and almost cost me my onward process. Then when i came to moan about complete ASAP they just sat their and blamed others, curious what quality control is used in picking their partners would appear to be none. In the end it was the estate agent I brought from and myself who ended up doing ewe move & complete ASAP's job for them. Ewe move didn't even seem to have a clue what was going on regarding the progression of the sale as it was me who ended up telling them all the exchange and completion dates. Seemed clueless and or didn't really care what was going on so long as they got paid

I had very bad experience with them , open viewing and dealing they was so positive and once we served our offer , they accepted our offer as well , officially even I have proof , and I have done all the process for next buying steps from my side, and suddenly they’re saying another party wants to put offer also in the property where you interested in , we feel it totally fine and we did increase our offer rate to buy our dream house and , the roll me up for 2 days for wait and then they said the owner of house wants to sell to another party which offer less amount than us even , and sales negotiator Cheri mollison started urging with us that , we will give chance To be honest really really bad experience and so unprofessional staff , there’s only protection on email when it comes to work , they’ll decide to sell you property in the morning and they’ll give to someone in the evening that’s what i experienced from them Never even imagining to go back to them It is an honest review thanks

Sellers avoid at all costs! We have been completely and utterly disappointed in the poor service provided by Ewe move Leighton Buzzard. We always had it in our head when we would came to sell we would go with this estate agents as we believed Chris and Simon to come across as caring and involved however, this is FAR from the truth. We’ve had constant issues upon issues with the team, including terrible communication to ourselves and to viewers/buyers which made actually made us lose our first buyer. We gave them chance after chance however, the poor service has continued. We were asked to give a 5 star review before we the sale of the property had even gone through and since we are choosing to no longer list with them they’ve been nothing but disrespectful and unhelpful.

On this occasion we know we have disagreed on a number of the points raised as your buyer unfortunately withdrew from the purchase due to very unfortunate personal circumstances which we not wish upon anyone and he was himself was upset that he had to make the difficult decision. Nonetheless we understand that the selling process is an extremely challenging one due to the nature of the way that houses can be transacted in England and for that reason we do not charge any of our clients a penny unless a sale successfully completes irrespective of the costs to us in marketing, viewings and sales progression.

Can’t put their for sale boards outside the correct house

As soon as Gareth reported the issue and informed us the board had been erected at the wrong house, we immediately informed Agency Express to collect the board as soon as they could. I also sent a message to Gareth apologising for the error and informed him that the board would be collected as soon as Agency Express are back in the area. I understand that Gareth has already taken the board down so that it is ready for collection. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for the error. A Wolf in Sheep's clothing. Initially we had a great experience with EweMove, but in the end they proved themselves to be just like every other hard-nosed estate agent: promised the world then tried to talk us into to taking a low offer that they refused to try and increase. Having moved on, a previous viewer then offered significantly more money which we accepted. For their failings, EweMove then demanded their fee, despite a heart-felt and honest review of why they did not earn it. Beware of this 'friendly neighbourhood agents'... you'd be better off going with a company who would work in your better interests. *I also find your response incredibly manipulative given the lack of opportunity to respond. As above, I already mentioned that we had a great experience initially (which is when I wrote that message to you). When I spoke to your agent following the low offers and asked if they would increase, I was told that you wouldn't ask them as this was the best we were going to get. Hindsight is 20/20 and so it became clear that more could have been done when that buyer went on to offer more elsewhere.

I struggle to understand how you wish to obtain business when in your videos, you are purposely highlighting the so called "less desirable" areas in the town. Surely this is extremely poor business sense on your part! Along with being disrespectful to the residents, whether that be owners or tenants who live in those areas. Just because areas are older or historically were a council estate originally, does not mean it is "less desirable" in everyone's eyes. After seeing your video, I for one will now not be considering your agency to sell my house and I'm sure other people may well feel the same. I would advise that you review your choice of words before launching future videos as I believe you have made a very poor decision with your choice of wording.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Wilson, A lot of personal effort and investment does go into producing our local videos which are aimed to be entertaining while also striking a balance between facts, debate and casual interest. If you watch the video back I can assure you I have not described anywhere as less desirable and the words used are less aesthetically pleasing which are simply used to describe the look of certain houses built in certain times and we all hear about the all important kerb appeal in many property programmes. I'm sorry on this occasion that this one has caused you offense and I can assure you that is never our intention when creating them. Thanks for your comments.
