Right from the off Ryder & Dutton behaved professionaly which is why I picked them to sell a property. Everything was handled excellently, they take control, the brochure, viewing of the house even during Covid-19 restrictions nothing hampered the sale. I had the pick of many offers. My 'negotiator' Andrea Chadderton-Mulrooney was excellent - constantly keeping things moving and liasing with all parties to keep on track.
