Lindsey has been amazing from start to finish, she provided constant updates and always responded to my emails within a reasonable time frame, some times she would ring with an update of the back of an email I sent which was even better. She understood how stressed and worried I was with the whole process of moving home and constantly reassured me and put me at ease, she explained the answers to my questions in simple terms which made it less stressful for me as I understood rather than using all the professional lingo terms.
