From the first contact with Ryder & Dutton the service was excellent. An appointment was made and the agent turned up on time and was clearly knowledge about properties in the area . He suggested a selling price and full explained his reasons and how he felt to sale would go . He was correct . The agent called during Covid restrictions and he adhered to all government guidelines . All publicity was posted and a sign out up at the property exactly at the time I was given by Elki. I was constantly informed of what steps were being taken, including viewings and the sales procedure etc Elki provided a professional and friendly service and she is a tribune, valuable asset to the company and has outstanding communication skills.
