I have used Jonathan Rees for 4 years now as a landlord and have also recently sold the same property through them. Their service is second to none! You may think you can find a slightly cheaper option when it comes to rental but I urge you not to bother. I have had no problems in 4 years because of the swift and precise work of the team at Jonathan Rees. When it came to selling the property they weren't pushy but gave excellent advice so that I could make informed decisions. They recommended preferred partners (who were also excellent) and the sale was complete in a little over 6 weeks.
