Worst agency ever! My mother move to one of their houses. A lady who work there told her that she can come and take the keys to open the house on the moving day. The day my mum was moving the vans who was supposed to take the furniture to the house were a bit late. When my mum arrived and the lady was not answering phone calls, she (the lady) didn’t even care to leave my mum a message or to ask if she’s coming that day or not (my mum told her that she’s moving that day). The office close at 4, my mum made it there 10-15 mins later. My mum was outside the house until midnight trying to figure out what to do. Image being in a foreign country not knowing anyone and the agency you trusted does that to you! If you ever want to buy a house from them, do not to trust them 100%, they are just doing business they don’t care about their clients, especially if the clients aren’t english!
