5*** branch!! Reece, Stewart, Katie make this branch an absolute delight to work with. They are proactive, get sales moving quicker than any branch in the area and overall are really lovely genuine people. You can be rest assured that with these people dealing with the sale of your property it is in safe hands. Reece in particular is an absolute star and is there for his clients every step of the way. Very happy with the service received from the Chatham branch of Your Move. I dealt with Reece, who was very professional and enthusiastic. Reece kept in constant contact with myself and other colleagues throughout the multiple sales with this branch. Rosie, the mortgage adviser really helped me with my re-mortgage. I cannot recommend this company and their mortgage services highly enough.

They were quite quick on finding a tenant for our property but sadly they were very slow on payment from the tenant into their account and after a long wait we are still waiting for our first month's rental and the tenants deposit to be paid into our bank account. Not Good.

Worst agency ever! My mother move to one of their houses. A lady who work there told her that she can come and take the keys to open the house on the moving day. The day my mum was moving the vans who was supposed to take the furniture to the house were a bit late. When my mum arrived and the lady was not answering phone calls, she (the lady) didn’t even care to leave my mum a message or to ask if she’s coming that day or not (my mum told her that she’s moving that day). The office close at 4, my mum made it there 10-15 mins later. My mum was outside the house until midnight trying to figure out what to do. Image being in a foreign country not knowing anyone and the agency you trusted does that to you! If you ever want to buy a house from them, do not to trust them 100%, they are just doing business they don’t care about their clients, especially if the clients aren’t english!
