We were new to Chelmsford; Rian has helped us providing all the necessary information at every step during our negotiation. He understands our requirements and always guided us with a very friendly, confident and positive attitude. We really like his professional behaviour. At times, when he is not around he always made sure, we are well informed and someone else from Adrians is ready to help us. We were a first time buyer and had many doubts regarding buying process (solicitor, mortgage etc.), Rian has gone extra mile providing and supporting us with information which made the entire process go smoothly. His communication style is exceptional, we never felt out of touch with him, he constantly updated us through emails and phone.
