Very disappointed how tenant's application was checked and how property was managed!

We are sorry that you feel disappointed. Your tenants were fully vetted by a nationally recognised referencing company and passed with no issues. The property was managed efficiently throughout the tenancy and to the point that vacant possession was given. All matters were concluded and the property was ready to show, as it had been put up for sale prior to the end of the tenancy through a third party. TP Office Manager.
