Martin & Co are a excellent team of professional, helpful and friendly estate agents. I met John Frost and he guided me through the best way to sell my house. His knowledge of the Chelmsford Market and his sage advice helped me find a buyer very quickly. The team were quick with communication and kept me up to date every step of the way. From the moment you ring them, you feel connected like talking to a friend who understands your need. Martin & Co is on of the most pleasant estate agent I've had the pleasure to deal with. From the start we dealt with John who was extremely informative and quick with his responses. John kept us in the loop with the viewing and organised a weekend viewing for us which was super helpful. We then met with Luke Harris on the day of the viewing, who was top notch. He let us know of the traffic conditions getting into Chelmsford in the morning of viewing which was a real nice touch for our viewing experience. Luke was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions to the highest professional standard. Luke is a real treasure.

Martin and Co have been my agent for 13 years now. Steve and his team have handled every aspect of advertising and managing the lettings with professionalism, empathy, rapid response and very short lead times. Both tenants and landlords benefit from a highly polished interface. The team of professional contractors on standby 24 -7 is a constant source of comfort. Minor repairs to fixtures and fittings - painting and decorating - to replacement of major installations in the heating and plumbing department - projects have always been completed speedily, without fuss or disruption. This quiet shop front on Duke Street belies a hive of professional activity with a friendly face and large portfolio of talent. Many thanks to Kerri for taking care of the latest round of carpet and bathroom upgrades and keeping her eye on my finances!

I walked in to make a profile for my apartment hunt, all the agents were very welcoming and they happen to have the perfect flat that fitted my needs. I was able visit the apartment at the same day, I made an offer and within a couple of hours the offer was accepted. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for apartments in Chelmsford
