I had view flat and Luke was the one who showed me around the property. Was really friendly and responsive. I really like the flat but was a bit far from my work and I have so much staff so I won't get rid of it until the move date. Luke was really understanding about it and he told me that if I see any other properties to contact them . I would really recommend it .

Around mid September we enquired for properties to rent at Martin&Co Chelmsford. Soon we found properties which we liked and booked a viewing. Luke was very professional and helpful to accommodate viewings which worked with our work schedule. Even during the reference checks Luke was very helpful with any questions we had along the way! Thanks to that outstanding service we found our future home. We would highly recommend this agency!!
