I have nothing but praise for the team at Martins, specifically Fred Shortridge who was my first point of contact when I decided to sell my cottage. I also must mention Steve Frost & John Frost. All contact was made via email as I live abroad & was efficient & prompt replies all the way through. Through their marketing the first person to view my cottage has made an excellent offer which I have accepted. They have also found me a conveyancer in super fast time. Before I put on the market Martins were my letting agents and Emma was excellent also. In summary , I highly recommend Martins to anyone looking to rent or sell their property. Really good intermediaries for communication between landlord and tenants. One of the team members Harrison Tranter was particularly very helpful especially with our end of tenancy arrangements.
