Emma was absolutely wonderful, she has a great personality and very knowledgeable on the properties she showed us around. I had few viewings last month in Chelmsford where I believe and experienced some sort of racism. Some of the Lettings agencies and their staff in Chelmsford are rude and behave like they don’t care. I did my first property viewing yesterday with Martin & Co and found that staff of Martin and Co are brilliant. The gentleman (Luke) who showed me the property was very professional and friendly. The communication and the ability to tour around the property was extremely smooth and fascinating.

I got my keys to my new rental apartment and I was pleasantly pleased at what I saw. Thanks alot to Beth who first showed me the place and to Charlotte who has been guiding me up until now. Rented a lovely flat next to the train station in the past two years via Martin&Co and would like to say a big thank you!
