I am a landlord for a couple of properties, and I don’t have time to the manage my own properties. So Martin and Co has been really great at managing my rental properties . Kerri ( at Martin and Co ) has especially been very helpful and efficient for me. I appreciate all her help, considerations (and time) with keeping the tenants well informed and happy, while they were having their heat pump installed recently. She always helps me whenever I had any queries in the recent past!

Martin & Co are hands down the best agent I have ever used! My journey to sell/rent my home has been extremely complicated and required significant patience and guidance which Martin & Co (particularly John Frost) has carried out diligently and professionally at all times. They are professionally accredited (which other agents in the area do not possess) which means they are always on top of rule and regulation changes. Their communication skills are second to none, keeping me updated at all times and available to talk through any issues. They have subsequently found me both a top rate tenant and subsequent buyer, they really have been a lifeline! I have used a lot of other agents in the Essex area, don’t waste your time, I will only be using Martin & Co going forward! The whole team at Martin & Co should be proud of themselves!

Great renting agency to work with. I apply for a letting property with Luke Harris in two weeks time before my previous contract being due. They sort this out in couple of days and I was ready to move to the new property right on time. Well done Martin & Co.

I was struggling to find a right property for a while and some other agency was treating me in a rude way as I’m a foreign nation with not much knowledge about properties. Martin & Co Chelmsford is by far the best. Their response is very quick and accurate. They are friendly and yet very polite. The system they use to follow up outstanding issues at property is on point. I am overall really happy to find Martin & Co and their people. Luke, Kerri, Fred, Jodie (sorry if I missed names) all are very lovely people.
