Mary and Michelle were both fantastic in all their work during our recent house move into Chelmsford. Thanks to you both. Acting as the vendors agents, they were infinitely better than the agency we used for our own property and I'll definitely be using them when we choose to move in the future. Things I liked: - Sending weekly updates to solicitors and copying us in to keep up to date. - available on mobile so we always had simple access to speak to them - friendly, no fluff and personable attitudes throughout - fast responses to requests for additional viewings and queries on property Things I'd love to see tweaked a bit: - for the viewings, give people a bit more space. I don't know if it was the vendors request, but when viewing the property with Lewis, I couldn't picture myself in the house as it felt like he was a shadow following me into every room. I realise it's a personal preference I should have commented on at the time, but it would have been nice to have been able to explore the space. - be clearer on the transaction handover stages - While Michelle was great to deal with, initially I was unsure who she was (sales progressor for Swift Exchange). The affiliation with Martin & Co could be clearer :) Overall - 10 out of 10, thanks to all of you.
