I found that Martin&co is a professional, supportive, attentive team, who's always resolving issues with landlords and tenants. I am currently dealing with Robert, who is a property manager and i found him extremely helpful, he always gets back to me and i feel supported by his efforts. Most of issues are dealt with which is so brilliant.

Martin & Co have been the letting agent for the house we rent for 2 years now and our experience with them has been first class. In these modern times where you hear so many horror stories, these guys are a breath of fresh air. They're on top of problems quickly, the contractors they've used with us have always been good and reliable, their online system is excellent and they're very polite.

We highly recommend Martin and Co Chelmsford Branch who sold our house. John Frost is professional, efficient, very good with communication, and gets the job done. They do not waste time, know the business inside out, and you don't have a long contract with them, i.e. you can give them a weeks notice...This puts the pressure on them hence they sold our house straight away, when it didn't work out they sold our house again within a week. Needless to say they are brilliant. Whenever we contacted John he always answered our call or returned our call the same day. Throughout the sale we were kept up to date with progress. When we appointed them they didn't waste time and they took photos the next day, and put the house on the market straight away. John listened to us and used his expertise to advise us.
