CJ Hole have managed my property for the past 4 years, plus. Five months ago they found me a second very good tenant. Ethan took care of the process, short listing interested parties for me to meet and offering useful advice as needed. The fact that my tenants have proved to be well chosen, and stayed for (or wish to stay for) long periods is evidence that CJHole's system is effective.
