From the first face to face viewing and valuation, through all viewings, a failed sale and eventual success, the team at C J Hole in Cambray were open, proactive and had a deeper knowledge of the block that the flat was in. I was particularly impressed by the comms between Estate Agent, Solicitors and Buyers and Seller. Alway moving things along and looking to find solutions to issues, finding a back up buyer very quickly when the first withdrew.
