I used C J Hole to find tenants for my rental property for 10 years so when I wanted to sell the property, they were the obvious choice. Jackie was friendly but professional from the start and advised me on what decorations and repairs were required before placing the property on the market. She then helped me achieve the full asking price on the property. But her help didn't stop there, she and her team continued to help push the sale through until I exchanged contracts with the buyers. Very happy with their service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C J Hole for both managing rentals and for selling properties.
