I have been renting my properties with Martin & Co for a few years now and sold a property via them more recently. In my business, I work with several letting/sales agents and can honestly say they are by far the best. They have excellent processes in place for every part if the business. The quality of the tenants I have had has been excellent and the management of the property itself is seamless. I often forget i have them! On selling my house, it was the personal service that stood out. From the start, the property was marketed very well and to the correct buyer. Unlike some of the larger agencies, I felt they were realistic, honest and really focused on selling my property. My house sold within a week of them having it at the full selling price.
