Last Novemeber.my wife and I were searching for accommodation to rent while our new house was being built. On the last day of our stay before returning to Thailand, we contacted Martin & Co regarding a possible rental although we doubted whether it would be suitable but we were desperate! We met the agent (Faye Mowbray) at the house which proved to be unacceptable. Faye discussed our requirement and then asked if she could ring us later (after a visit we had with another agent). She rang about an apartment not yet on the market but the owner was willing for us to see it. We did so and agreed the rental within 10 minutes! We returned to Thailand relieved at the last minute find. I was returning to take up residence on 15th December but obviously required bedding etc before I could use the apartment. Faye offered to accept any purchases on my behalf at the agent’s office and then she took them to the apartment so everything was there for my arrival. This was far and beyond the role of a letting agent and she has offered help on several occasions as I was hospital bound for 4 weeks! I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co and their services, dedication and friendliness.
