Absolutely fantastic team! It is my first time renting a property and the team spoke me through everything and provided me with full in-depth information. The property was already agreed in letting, and came back on the market. They let me know straight away, and offered the property to myself first. They spoke me through the application and put up with my millions of questions. Gabrielle and Kerry were outstanding and made me feel at ease, especially as a young woman renting in a new area. Gabrielle, the branch manager at Martin & Co, has been amazingly helpful. I was looking to change estate agents to Martin & Co but unfortunately, due to being in a contract elsewhere, I couldn’t. Gabrielle continued to check in with me to see how I was getting on with the sale of my property, offered helpful insights into the market and gave her opinion on my advert even though she knew at that time I couldn’t switch to Martin & Co. I can’t recommend Gabrielle enough!
