I called Martin and co because I was looking for a professional opinion on the value of a property, I was connected to Gabrielle the branch manager and after a short conversation with her, it would have been obvious that my request would have no financial reward to the company. But this had no influence on the way I was treated, I was given an appointment with one of her team, Anna Bentley. Anna arranged to meet me at the property and sent a confirmation email. On the day it was raining and cold but Anna arrived on time and gave all the time and professional help I needed, it was also followed up with a detailed report. Extremely good service hassle free makes renting as a tenant much easier

Nothing but excellent service from this Estate Agency! I put my house on the market in January but due to Covid the sale took 10 months! We had to jump through so many hoops and we lost the first buyer due to matters outside of our control. This was my first house sale so I had many questions/concerns - I felt like i rang them way too much, but they were always happy to speak to me. I could always get through to them (even when they were working from home!) and they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
