Last Novemeber.my wife and I were searching for accommodation to rent while our new house was being built. On the last day of our stay before returning to Thailand, we contacted Martin & Co regarding a possible rental although we doubted whether it would be suitable but we were desperate! We met the agent (Faye Mowbray) at the house which proved to be unacceptable. Faye discussed our requirement and then asked if she could ring us later (after a visit we had with another agent). She rang about an apartment not yet on the market but the owner was willing for us to see it. We did so and agreed the rental within 10 minutes! We returned to Thailand relieved at the last minute find. I was returning to take up residence on 15th December but obviously required bedding etc before I could use the apartment. Faye offered to accept any purchases on my behalf at the agent’s office and then she took them to the apartment so everything was there for my arrival. This was far and beyond the role of a letting agent and she has offered help on several occasions as I was hospital bound for 4 weeks! I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co and their services, dedication and friendliness.

As first time renters we were uncertain of the right things to ask and what happened within the process. Samuel was lovely from start to finish, he answered our questions before we even asked them and even answered things we hadn’t thought of. He was lovely with us and kept us informed of what was happening and he made our first time renting an exciting experience.

Have just moved into a property using Martin & Co, and have had a very good experience especially with Samuel who has been brilliant through the move and after. Can't say the referencing system was great (though I don't have another to compare it to), but outside of that all has been excellent, and I would recommend going through Martin & Co to anyone who asks!

I Highly recommend Martin&co, the service they provided is second to non, through the process of moving into are new house, Samuel Knight and the team, where in contact throughout the whole thing, giving us regular updates as to what was happening and making the whole thing plane sailing taking a lot of stress off us, especially moving arounf the Christmas period, even after moving in they have been amazing following up to ensure we are settled in and answer any questions we may have, will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to family and friends!
